Chef Rail of Avenue Bistro will Cook Up Some Romance and demonstrate the eternal pleasures of a romantic Italian table. Let an aphrodisiac of delicious flavours seduce your taste buds and encourage the imagination to run wild! In tonight's romantic celebration Executive Chef Rail serves up a sensuous combination of tastes and textures stirred with L'Amore! Aaron's sweetheart menu includes: Spot Prawn Scampi seasoned with garlic, butter and a splash of white wine; Fresh Pasta Carbonara tossed with pancetta and fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano and Chicken Saltimbocca, an elegant twist on a traditional entree served with a medley of seasonal vegetables. Saltimbocca when translated means ' to jump in the mouth' and the flavours of this dish will do just that! The gran finale dolce a Salame al Cioccolato, is a melt-in-your-mouth decadent chocolate roll combined with the amazing crunch of toasted nuts and crumbled cookies. Cooking Demonstration: Saturday, February 4 10:00 am to 1:00 pm This Saturday, February 4th meet Chef Laura Agnew as she demonstrates how to cook up some romance for this Valentine’s Day. Tantalize your taste buds and enjoy Cranberry Apple Chutney topped with Goat Cheese served on Crustini, Chocolate Blueberry Truffles and Luscious Lemon Mousse in Phyllo Cups.
