Chive Blossom Chevre
Take advantage of fresh chive blossoms when they are in season.
Recipe type: Spread and Appetizer
  • 10.5 log of chevre (goat cheese)
  • ¼ cup chives, chopped
  • 1 chive blossom, chopped
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Add all ingredients together and microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften the chevre. Mix all ingredients until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve on crackers are as a spread in a sandwich.
