Wow! I slept great last night. All the way through until 5:15am which hasn’t happened in a really long time.
Today was a busy day getting things knocked off the to do list. Felt good and I had the energy to do it which was a first in a long time.
From this point forward, I’m going to just list my overall mood/body for the day rather than breaking it down. I think I’m past the initial hump of rapid fluctuations throughout the day so no point in noting it specifically.
Meal 1: Kitchen Sink Hash (leftover cauliflower rice, potatoes, sausage) with a fried egg.
Meal 3: Curry Chicken (from whole 30 book, modified slightly), Mediterranean Cauliflower Rice
