Another restful night’s sleep in the books. Woke up at 5:30 and had slept solidly until then. Yay!
Arthritis seems to be slightly better. I’m still creaky but am moving much better than usual.
Non Scale Victory (NSV) is that I look less bloated, hair is super shiny and healthy and skin is glowing. Pants and bras are also fitting a little looser. The scale is tempting to hop on, but I’m refraining. I keep telling myself that it’s not worth the head games of what the scale reflects back at me. Rather, focus on how I feel.
Meal 1: Kitchen Sink Hash (sausage, purple kale, potatoes) Roasted Sweet Potatoes.
Meal 2: Outside the Box Paleo Food Truck/Delivery-Pot Rost with Cabbage and Roasted Beets
Meal 3: Pan-Seares Ribeye, Roasted Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes (with chicken stock), Leaf Lettuce Salad with Crab, Heirmloom Cherry Tomatoes and Red Wine Vinaigrett.
