Holy cow! Last day of the of the first week! This is flying by. I feel really good today. Slept fairly well last night.
Today is a travel day. I’m flying over to Pullman, WA which is on the Eastern side of the state, near the Idaho border. I went to college at WSU in Pullman and now serve as an alumnae advisor to my sorority. I’m love king forward to or first meeting of the new school year today.
I was a little nervous about going, only because – what in the heck do I bring to eat? I filled up my trusty lunch box with a heafty lunch/dinner for the day and some cashews to snack on. Hopefully, I will have enough to get me through the day. Worst case, improvise.
AM: Rise and shine at 6am. I actually feel pretty good this morning. A slight headache.
Midday: Surprisingly great energy this afternoon. Focused and committed. Being prepared with snack/food has been super helpful.
Evening: Still feeling really good and proud of myself for sticking to my plan.

Meal 2 and 3: I had the same thing for both meals, just split between two meals- Aidells Chicken and Apple Sausage, Roasted Sweet Potato and Potato Medley, Spinach. Forgot to take picture so here’s one from halfway through.
