Rise and Shine!
A new day is upon us.
AM – Didn’t sleep super well again last night, but better than the night before. Was a little slow to rise. Not as achy as yesterday. Still somewhat bloated. Definitely had more pep, than I usually feel when I was putting my breakfast and lunch together this morning.
Midday– I was literally on my feet all day long. I mentioned that I closed my meal delivery business last month; however, I still have some loose ends to tie up. I needed to do some cooking today and will be doing more tomorrow. Fortunately, I planned ahead and brought my lunch. I was really sluggish all day. I just couldn’t get my mojo going.
Evening-The one thing I am noticing is how thirsty I am. I drank a ton of water today. I continued to be really sluggish. This was a REALLY tough physical day for me, both with the plan and my job today. Worked over 12 hours straight on my feet. Gah.
Meal 1- Aidell’s Chicken and Apple Sausage, diced Roasted Potatoes (leftover from yesterday) and Spinach Frittata. TJ’s Home-style Salsa. Watermelon and Banana Salad. Black Coffee.
Meal 2: (no picture) Kale Salad with Roasted Salmon, Pesto Mayo Dressing (pesto mayo lightened up with a little water).
Meal 3: (no picture) Bites of Flank Steak and Bites of Herb Roasted Potatoes. (I literally was on the run all day, didn’t plan to stay that late, so I wasn’t prepared).
