Another restful night’s sleep in the books. I was a little groggy when first waking but when I rolled over and saw the clock say 6:30, I thought, hooray!
Yesterday I had a similar experience; I woke up tired but as the day went on, I kicked it into gear and got a ton accomplished.
I’m feeling a bit of a rebirth after starting this program. Looking at my closet yesterday, I was unimpressed. What we’re all of these dank, lame clothes doing in there? I think over the years I’ve gotten in the habit of buying things that “fit” rather than are stylish.
Out with the old…I’ll rebuild my closet as my pant size decreases. This time, I’m only buying things I love, as opposed to things I’ll fit into someday or things that will get me by for a while or things that are on sale…
We live in a home that was built in 1945. While it has been well maintained and updated in a lot areas, the master bedroom is lacking closet space.
Actually, my closet is really organized (I have a bit of OCD, lol). By color, tank, short sleeve and long sleeve as well as by item (dresses, skirts, pants, jackets). So it’s making the purging process easier.
Today though, I’m tackling my lingerie drawer. Be gone old panties that are not worthy! And stretched out bras- adios. ?

Meal 2: Repeat from yesterday: Chicken Salad with Grapes.
Snack: Apple/Coconut Bar Trader Joes. Was starving today for some reason.
