I can’t believe it’s our last day! I’ve learned so much on this journey. My pants are fitting looser (I can’t wait to jump on the scale tomorrow), my skin is glowing, my nails are super strong as is my hair. My tummy is flat. My arthritis is nowhere near as painful as it was a month ago. Hooray!
I’ll get John to weigh in on his thoughts but just from outside appearances, he looks smoking hot! ?
I can definitely see myself sticking to this plan moving forward, but I am going to try reintroducing some things back in. Most of all, I miss cream in my coffee. And maybe oatmeal or rice/grains. I could do without the bread and cheese for the most part.
Meal 1: Sweet Potato Medallions, Two Eggs Sunnyside Up, in a bed of Kale. ☀️
Meal 2: Hamburger on bed of Toasted Cauliflower Rice, Kale and Cherry Tomatoes.
Meal 3: I’m so proud of my husband and I. We had dinner with company at my In-Laws tonight. We could have just blown off the diet being the last night and last day. But we didn’t. We stuck to our Sparkling Water, plain Baked Potato, Baked Salmon and Asparagus. Salad with lemon juice. Strawberries for dessert. Sorry no photo.
