What an amazing bluebird day here in Seattle! It’s absolutely breathtaking. And cold, but I’ll take it.
How did day 2 go for you? Generally on day 2 your body will hit the brakes and say, “what the wha?” are you trying to do to me? You may feel a bit of a slump in energy. This is totally normal.
If you’re not feeling it, skip the workout. Cozy up with a good book and a fire. Drink some herbal tea. Relax, your inner tiger is needing a break. I promise it will be back soon.
Breakfast: Brussels sprout hash with roasted yams, beets and shallots. Sunnyside up egg.
Lunch: Spinach salad with pan seared salmon, grape tomatoes, shallot and avocado. Olive oil and champagne vinegar dressing.
Dinner: Chicken Carnitas with bell peppers, mushrooms and onions.
