Day 3. How are you feeling? Recaptured any of that energy you lost yesterday?
As for myself, I had tons of energy this morning. Put in a great workout at the gym and was on the go all day. Late afternoon I started to crash. I pushed through and made dinner but bath time and nighttime routine couldn’t come soon enough.
As I write this, I’m now relaxing with a cup of chamomile tea and a fire. I’m pooped!

Breakfast: Runny egg over roasted potatoes.
Lunch: Albacore tuna salad endive cups. Kale, vegetables and sausage soup. Organic strawberries.
Dinner: Instant Pot Lemony Garlic Chicken. Roasted potatoes with bell peppers, green beans.
