Today has been a busy one of running around and fun play time with my son. So fortunate to have these days with him.
I’m loving hearing feedback from people who are either following a Whole 30 reset or just curious as to what it’s all about. Many of you are requesting more recipes. Not to fear, I’m working on recipe development and plan to post some fun new ideas for you all.
Felt very energized all day. How are you feeling? It’s normal to be in a bit of a slump this week so not worry if you’re feeling a little blah. You will feel better, I promise.
Breakfast: Roasted potatoes, shaved Brussels and peppers, fried egg, berries. Basil garnish.
Lunch: Leftover Lemon Garlic Chicken (Instant Pot recipe from Predominantly Paleo. http://predominantlypaleo.com/?s=Instant+Pot+lemon+chicken ) over a bed of baby spinach.
Dinner: Pan-seared top sirloin, basil green beans with cherry tomatoes and shallots, baked potato with clarified butter.
