We are climbing to the peak of Whole 30. Days 10 and 11 can be some of the toughest to get through. By this time, you probably have the hang of things but they might be getting a bit monotonous. You might be thinking, “If I have to see one more scrambled egg, I’m going to hurl…”.
If you’re bored with your meals, workout or routine, it’s time to shake things up. Invest in a new cookbook, checkout other Whole 30 blogs or Instagram feeds, download a new workout companion app on your phone. Buy a journal and start setting up your days for success rather than just letting them happen.
Things will turn around for you and you’ll be smooth sailing into this gig in no time. If you can make it through this week, the rest is a cake walk. ?
