Howdy folks! How’s it going today? We are just about to climb over the peak to a new segment of this journey. After today, your energy should start to return, if it hasn’t already.
Feeling bloated? This too shall pass, as your body adjusts to your consumption of “real foods”. Try to remember to drink water. A goal I shoot for each day is to drink have my body weight in oz, in water. I keep a water bottle by my desk and it follows me around the house. I also am loving all of the flavored La Croix waters that are available these days. They make drinking water a little more fun.
Something else I’ve started doing is drinking more herbal tea. Not just at night but I sip on tea throughout the day too. Don’t worry, I’m not planning to give up my 2 cup + a day coffee habit. I do live in Seattle after all at that would be sacrilegious.
Onward to meals today:
Breakfast: Two Fried Eggs, Hash Browns and a Strawberry.
Lunch: Leftover Spaghetti Squash with Marinara and Meatballs.
Dinner: Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Winter Vegetables, Steamed Asparagus.
