You’ve been at this Whole 30 thing for a while now. Starting to seem like second nature? Do you automatically check labels on foods? How are you feeling? Are you noticing any more Non-Scale Victories? How you you feel about yourself? Is your skin glowing? Do you have more energy?
I know for myself, I’ll catch a glimpse and think, “Hmmm, something looks different.” I can’t quite put my finger on it but maybe I just more alive? More radiant? Or just simply more “glow-y”.
Be sure you pat yourself on the back for making it this far. For a lot of people, they quit around day 14. If you’ve made it to Day 20, there’s no looking back now. Keep on pushing yourself to try new things; food, exercise or experiences. That after all is what this is all about. Growing, learning and morphing into a newer version of yourself.
Breakfast: Fried Eggs, Hash Browns, Mandarin Oranges
Lunch: Out to eat with friends; More eggs. 🙂 Fruit and potatoes.
Dinner: Instant Pot Roast Chicken, Braised Brussels and Roasted Potatoes, Spaghetti Squash. Used up what he had on had for this meal, minus the whole chicken.
