Today was such a fun day. In my quest to explore my talents, I attended my second photography class hosted by Cork and Click out in Woodinville. This class was centered around how to use Lightroom and Photoshop to enhance your photos. I learned so much! It’s a HUGE learning curve, like learning a new language, but I was able to get photos imported to the software with some basic guidance in editing. With some practice, I think I will get this figured out.
I really enjoy taking photos and found myself often getting frustrated if the lighting wasn’t just right. I’ve found that in these editing programs, I can enhance the lighting so that they pictures come out much clearer. So excited to get started with this.
Meals were great today. I was able to utilize my meal from diner the night before for lunch while I attended my class and it was perfect! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture. Essentially it was my salmon dinner from the night before, just chilled.
Breakfast: Two Eggs Over Easy with Hashbrowns
Lunch: Salmon dinner repeat from previous night, chilled
Dinner: Charlie’s Chicken Apple Meatloaf, Zoodles and Cauli Rice.
Charlie wanted to help make dinner tonight so I thought, “What the heck, he seems interested”. So, he added sliced apples, salt and pepper and garlic powder to some ground chicken. We decided that the apple chunks would look funny in a chicken burger so we settled on a meatloaf. Low and behold, it was pretty darn good! I think he’s on his way.
