Today was a red letter day in our family. We found out that our son was accepted into the PreK program that we were applying to for next year. Seems silly that we were stressed out about PRESCHOOL but, in this town, things fill up quickly and we didn’t want to be left in the dark with no place for him to go. Phew.
A quick recap of meals are listed below. I had planned to make Mahi Mahi for dinner but got invited out for a celebratory dinner instead. We had dinner at a steakhouse so the options were pretty good for us Whole30ers. 🙂 I didn’t snap a picture of my dinner but will explain it below.
Breakfast: Chicken Sausage and Egg Lettuce Cups with Roasted Potatoes and Bluberries
Lunch: Aidells Chicken and Apple Sausage, Sweet Bell Peppers and Onion Stir Fry
Dinner: Grilled Salmon, Baked Potato (salt and pepper), Broccoli and Carrots. Salad with Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
