We are coming to the end of this 30 day reset. I have decided to do another round, because a.) I’m geared up and on track, b.) am feeling really really good and don’t want to go back to feeling crummy and c.) I want to get in the best shape of my life so I can chase around my 4 year with more energy and this is the best way I know to do it.
I’m feeling really clear-headed today. I have been for a while now, actually. My thoughts are focused, my daily intentions are on track, I’m feeling really motivated and physically in a good place.
Today I am meeting a college friend of mine to discuss hips. You see, she has had two hip replacements in the past couple of years and I must undergo one this coming year. I can’t wait to see her progress and how she is feeling. As much as I am not looking forward to surgery, I am looking forward to being pain free. If you’re someone who lives with chronic pain…I get you. It’s no fun and especially not in my 40s when I should be enjoying activity not withering in pain.
Breakfast: Three Egg Omelette filled with SW Sweet Bell Peppers and Onions and topped with a Roasted Pepper Coulis (from dinner last night). Served with Herb-Roasted Potatoes and Blueberries.
I had lunch out with a friend to day at Evolution Fresh and forgot to snap a picture. I enjoyed the Autumn Salad with no cranberries, feta or dressing. They actually made me a nice lemon dressing (lemon and olive oil) and it was perfect.
Dinner was prepared by my husband and we had guests and so I forgot to take a picture.
Dinner: Dill Baked Sole, Baked Potato and Green Beans.
