I had a rough night of sleep last night. My son kept waking up (we are in a “There’s a monster in my room.” phase. So needless to say, I’m a little groggy this morning. But nothing that a cup of coffee can’t cure. 🙂
Speaking of coffee, I am loving the Nutpods non dairy coffee creamer! If you are missing the cream in your coffee, you should definitely check these out. I like both the hazelnut and the vanilla flavors. They are not sugary, so I will say if you are used to having sugar in your coffee, these will be a bit of a learning curve.
As we approach the last day of our 30 day reset, it’s time to really focus on your non-scale victories. I know you can’t wait to jump on that scale and see what it has to say, but before doing so, think about these things:
- How are your clothes fitting?
- Are you finding more things in your closet to wear?
- Have you started a “Goodwill donation” pile yet? Getting rid of things that don’t fit anymore or are not stylish?
- How is/are your completion? Hair? Nails?
- Energy levels?
- Joint pain?
- How are your sugar cravings?
Enjoy all of the things have come to fruition over these past 30 days. It’s a great place to be.
Breakfast: Salmon Scramble with Sweet Bell Peppers and Onions. Avocado. Herb-Roasted Potatoes. Raspberries.
Lunch: Albacore Tuna Salad over a bed of Baby Bibb Lettuce with Avocado and Primal Kitchen Greek Vinaigrette.
Dinner: Hamburger with Sweet Bell Peppers and Onions, Sauteed Rainbow Chard, Sweet Potato “Chips”.
