- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss cauliflower with all ingredients. Spread evenly on a rimmed sheet pan and roast for 15-20 minutes, until golden with some browned edges, tossing once halfway through.
