Hello Whole30ers! We are on the downward slope of this round. Can you believe we have only about a week left? I don’t know about you but this round has flown by.
How are you feeling? What NSVs are your seeing? Pants looser? Skin clearer and glowing? Hair shinier? Less bloat? I know the scale is probably calling your name…but don’t go there. It will only derail your efforts. The majority of the Whole30 process is to get in touch with your true hunger, cravings and overall health. A number on the scale will not tell you any of those things. It may only lead you to try to alter your behavior in an attempt to reach a certain number on the scale. Please, just don’t. There are eight days left, you can do this!
Breakfast today, the usual: two fried eggs and hash browns.
Lunch was a bit of a change up. I attempted to to make fried “rice” but my egg to “rice” ratio was a bit off. 🙂
Dinner was another attempt… Thai Curry Salmon with Sweet Potatoes and Kale. It came out a little orange. Tomorrow will be a more delicious day. Ha!
