Moving on through our last week, I’m definitely feeling great, for the most part. My quality of sleep has significantly improved. I used to wake up at night and be awake for hours. Now, if I wake up, I’m able to fall back asleep in minutes instead of hours. Which means I wake up in the morning feeling more refreshed and ready to take on my day.
I did have a slight bit of heartburn today, not sure where that came from. I didn’t eat spicy or tomato based foods. This is the first time I have experienced this since the beginning of this round. I’m going to ride it out and see if it improves.
The weather continues to be dull, grey and cold here in Seattle, which does not do good things for the morale. I’m curious if any of you have a happy light? If so, do you find it’s effective? Which brand do you suggest? I’m seriously considering purchasing a light. While I was born and raised here, I am really struggling the past few years with the winters.
Onward to my day.
For breakfast today…I changed things up! 🙂 Steak and sauteed onion omelet with roasted potatoes.
Lunch was tuna salad on greens with tomatoes and herb roasted potatoes.
Dinner tonight was a hamburger patty on greens with sauteed onions and roasted sweet potatoes.
