This list will be continually evolving as products and services change and I find new ones worth mentioning.

Primal Kitchen Greek Vinaigrette – A delicious and light salad dressing and/or great to toss on vegetables. Very versatile.
Whole30 Book – Co-Creators of the Whole30, Melissa Hartwig and Dallas Hartwig – The complete book, everything you need to know to ensure a successful Whole30. It covers how certain foods react in our bodies and how they create inflammation, leading to all sorts of problems. The Whole30 reset, 30 days of eating wholesome, clean food is designed to put your body back into balance. Better sleep, more energy, brighter skin and weight loss is experienced by many, including my husband and me. Recipes included as well.
The Whole30 Cookbook – Melissa Hartwig – A variety of tantalizing recipes to help make your Whole30 reset that much more interesting and keep you out of a food rut. I found many recipes in this book to be delicious and easy to prepare. One of my favorites is Roasted Roots with Chicken – We prepare this dish at least once a week.
Food Freedom Forever – Melissa Hartwig – I found this book to be especially helpful after completing my first Whole30. It helped me navigate through the the holidays and beyond, my new found food freedom and deciding what foods were “worth it”.

It has replaced my slow cooker, rice cooker and makes beautiful hard boiled eggs. In addition, it makes yogurt, grains, porridge, chili, stew…the possibilities are endless. It even sautes your meat if you need a little sear and it works as a slow cooker too, if you prefer.
